Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship across South Africa via The Courier Guy. All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Door-to-door delivery typically takes 3–5 business days depending on your location. A waybill number will be provided once your parcel is collected.

PUDO locker collection is available at over 2,000 locker locations nationwide. Select your nearest locker at checkout and collect at your convenience.

Free shipping on all orders over R1,000 — applied automatically at checkout for both delivery options.

For remote or outlying areas, delivery times may be slightly longer. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us before placing your order.

Returns

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • With all tags and packaging intact
  • Not a personalised or custom-made item

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

To start a return, email us at info@mulberrygreyton.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange an item for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
